Fox News reported that around 4:50 p.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a distress call about the missing juvenile, sparking immediate concern. When the girl didn’t return at her usual time, her parents’ worry turned to action.
Using parental controls on her phone, the father pinpointed her location in a secluded, partially wooded spot in Harris County, roughly two miles away.
Arriving at the scene, he discovered a chilling sight—his daughter and her dog trapped inside a maroon pickup truck with a 23-year-old man, partially unclothed.
Without hesitation, the father freed his daughter from the vehicle and alerted law enforcement, ensuring her safety first.
Deputies later identified the suspect as Giovanni Rosales Espinoza of Porter, revealing a sinister plot involving threats with a knife during the abduction from a public street.
Thanks to witness descriptions, authorities swiftly located Espinoza and took him into custody without a struggle.
Espinoza now faces serious charges, including aggravated kidnapping and indecency with a child, and remains in jail without bond.
